Founded in downtown San Francisco in 1987 on the made-from-scratch principles of founders Craig and Dawn Saxton, Specialty's Cafe and Bakery continues to hand-produce delicious culinary creations in each of our stores every day. Specialty's remains a family-run business, operating 30 stores in Northern and Southern California, Washington State and Illinois. We serve as a local customer favorite, as well as a preferred corporate caterer for companies from start-ups to the Fortune 500.
