• What is the difference between the Baker's Dozen and the Big Baker's Dozen?

  The Baker's Dozen program applies to orders under $25. The Big Baker's Dozen program applies to orders $25 and over.

• How many of these rewards can I earn?

  That's up to you. The more orders you place, the more rewards you earn. The Big Baker's Dozen reward is being introduced to apply to orders placed after 9/14/2009.

• How do I redeem my reward credit?

  To redeem your reward credit:

  1. Place your order online.
  2. Select "Pay with My Account" from the "Method of Payment" screen.
  3. Select the Baker's Dozen or Big Baker's Dozen account.
  4. Have a great meal on us!
