This soup begins with wild rice fully cooked in a savory chicken broth made with traditional poultry seasonings. We use a potato based roux to cream the soup and finish it off with fresh pulled chicken meat. This is a very thick and hearty soup.
Split peas simmered with caramelized onions, celery, carrots, fresh garlic, thyme and generous chunks of ham. Offered with an optional topping of sour cream.
VEGETARIAN. Ripe tomatoes sautéed with garlic and fennel, blended with cream, honey, thyme, basil and fresh goat cheese. Offered with an optional topping of crumbled goat cheese.
VEGAN. A delicious array of zucchini, eggplant, spinach, tomatoes, green beans and yukon potatoes in a vegetable broth with garlic and fresh basil. Offered with an optional topping of basil.
