The classic method (Yes, it has bacon). We saute sweet onions, fresh garlic and smoky bacon and then add succulent baby clams, fresh whole milk, lots of chunky potatoes and celery and our blend of herbs and spices. Served with a side paring of house-made croutons baked each morning.
