Can I get delivery?

  • Specialty's delivers orders over $25 to our delivery areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, timing and location. View Delivery Fees

How does Specialty's Group Invitation Ordering work?

  • 1. The organizer sets event details and default meals and then invites attendees.
    2. Attendees are emailed with the option to customize their order, accept the default meal or decline the meeting.
    3. Each meal is packaged and labeled with the attendee's name for easy distribution.

How does the Specialty's Big Rewards program work?

How do I set up a corporate account or link to an existing corporate account?

  • Sign in or sign up at specialtys.com:

    1. Click on My Account.
    2. Select Corporate Accounts under Payment Methods.
    3. Click the Corporate Accounts button and follow the prompts to complete the application

How do I get a receipt/invoice?

  • You will automatically receive two emails regarding your order:

    1. Email confirmation - Immediately when you place your order.
    2. Invoice Email - Sent by the end of the day we fill the order.

    You may also request an invoice copy by going to Past Orders. Click the order and press the Request Invoice button.

Can I order online?

  • Absolutely! Specialtys.com is designed to give our customers a fast, reliable ordering method. You can rely on Specialty's whether your order is for one person or a meeting of thousands. Sign in or sign up at specialtys.com.

Can I call my order in?

  • Please call us at 877-502-2837 and a Specialty’s customer assistance representative will happily assist you in placing an order.

What payment options can I use for online orders?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Specialty’s gift cards and approved corporate accounts. While we do not accept checks or cash for online orders, we do accept cash at our café registers.

What's the latest time to place an online order?

  • For your convenience, online ordering at specialtys.com is open 24/7.  Priority Pickup orders under $35 can be ready in as little as 15 minutes when you click the “ASAP” button at checkout.  Larger catering orders require 1 hour or more notice based on order size. We accept orders up to 30 days in advance. The best way to ensure your desired pickup or delivery time is to place your order at least 3 hours ahead.

How specific can I be in requesting a delivery time?

  • We offer 30 minute delivery range windows. For example, if you would like your order by 12:00, you can select the 11:30 – 12:00 window.

How do I place a Specialty's Business Catering order?

How can I get my order earlier?

  • Ordering at least 3 hours ahead will generally guarantee you the selection of the time slot you want. The website offers the first available time based on order size and choice of delivery or pickup location. If a delivery or pickup time does not show up, service is no longer available for that time.

Can I get delivery?

  • Specialty's delivers orders over $25 to our delivery areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, timing and location. Click here to see if Specialty's delivers to your address.

Can I call a Specialty's Café directly?

  • In order to allow our cafe teams to best serve our customers, we do not take any outside calls at the cafe. Please call our customer relations team at 877-50CATER (877.502.2837) for fast, professional service.

How do I change or cancel an order?

  • Our online order system handles all possible changes and cancellations. The ability to change and/or cancel orders is determined by the amount of notice, order size and pickup/delivery method. All possible changes can be made by logging on to specialtys.com and clicking MY ACCOUNT and selecting Order History. Please note: Same day cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is available, we offer customers the option of:

    1. 50% charge for total cancellation of the order
    2. 25% charge for reschedule.

Can I change an order that I did not place?

  • In order to protect our customers and their account privacy, we require email and password verification to make any changes.

How do I add a tip?

  • You can add a tip from the checkout screen when placing an order or to add a tip later:

    1. Sign in at specialtys.com.
    2. Click on My Account and select the appropriate category under Order History.
    3. Click the "Tip" button.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Create a Proposal

 

How do I save my cart as a proposal?

  • You can easily create an order proposal and forward it with Specialtys.com:

    1. Create an order by clicking Order Online and selecting the items you wish.
    2. At the Checkout – Step 2 screen, review the order and then select Save as a proposal from the right side.
    3. Enter the email(s) you want the proposal sent to and click Save to My Proposals and send email below.
    4. Go to My Account, then select Order History and Proposals. Click on the order and select Resume to edit and/or complete the order.

Where can I find the balance for my gift card or other account?

  • If you have registered a gift card, you can view your balance for this and any other accounts. Click My Account and select the desired payment method.

 

Nutritional Info

 

Where is the nutritional information on your menu items?

  • Specialtys.com provides many ways to access nutritional info:

    1. Click on the photo of any item.
    2. Select Customize to see an item's nutrition adjust to reflect your customization (tip: If you hover over an ingredient, you can see its specific nutritional information).
    3. Highlight Order Online and elect a category from the nutrition listing on the right side.

 

Recyclable Packaging

 

Does Specialty's use recyclable packaging?

  • Yes. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly packaging. We continue to partner with suppliers to source affordable, environmentally friendly packaging.
