  • How do I add/remove items or change pickup/delivery time or location from my order that I've already submitted?

    Our online order system handles all possible changes and cancellations. The ability to change and/or cancel orders is determined by the amount of notice, order size and pickup/delivery method. All possible changes can be made by logging on to www.specialtys.com and clicking on "My Orders”.

  • How do I cancel an order that's already been confirmed?

    For cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event, go to www.specialtys.com and click on "my orders” to select and cancel the order. There is no charge for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.

    Same day cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is available, our website will offer customers the option of:

    • 50% charge for total cancellation of the order
    • 25% charge for reschedule
  • Where is the nutritional information on your menu items?

    We are working to update our nutritional information. All currently available nutritional information can be accessed by clicking on product photos in the "Menu” section. To alter nutritional content, select the "Edit” button. If no nutritional info is displayed or the "Edit” button does not appear, we currently do not have information available on that product.

  • How do I get a copy of my order and receipt/invoice?

    You will receive two emails regarding your order:

    1. Immediate email confirming your order
    2. Invoice email by the end of the day the order is filled.

  • How do I redeem the credit I've received through the Baker's Dozen program?

    It's simple as 1-2-3!

    1. Place your online order
    2. When you reach the "Method of Payment” screen, select the "Pay with My Account” button.
    3. Select your Baker's Dozen account.

  • What's the latest time to place an order?

    For your convenience, our online ordering at www.speciatlys.com is open 24/7.

    • Priority Pickup orders under $25 can be prepared in as little as 15 minutes. Simply click the "ASAP” button at checkout.
    • Large catering orders generally require at least 3 hours notice.
    • We accept orders up to 30 days in advance.

  • How do I set up a corporate account?

    The easiest and fastest way is to email your request to sales@specialtys.com. One of our Catering Sales Managers will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

  • How do I get linked to an existing corporate account?

    Have the Account "Owner” email a request to sales@specialtys.com. We will get you linked to that account.

  • How do I add a tip?

    Log onto our website at www.specialtys.com. Click on "My Account” and then"My Orders". Select the order from current orders or the order history. Click the "Tip" button.

  • Why do we not list our phone numbers for any of our store locations?

    To best ensure our in-store teams are focused on accurately filling all orders in a timely manner, we direct all customer inquiries to our Customer Relations Team.   • How can I change an order that I did not place?

    In order to protect our guests and their accounts, we require email and password verification to make any changes.

  • Where is the promotion for customers who order over $25.00?

    Our "Big Bakers Dozen" program is specifically designed for those customers who order more than $25. For more info about the Baker's Dozen and Big Baker's Dozen promotions, please read our baker's dozen faq

  • Where do I find the balance on my gift card?

    If you have registered a gift card, you can view your balance for this and any other accounts under "My Account” – "Payment Methods”.

  • Is your packaging recyclable?

    Yes, most of our packaging is eco-friendly. We are continually working with our suppliers to create affordable, environmentally friendly packaging and will introduce new options as they become available.

  • What if I need to speak with someone on the phone?
